1. Eligibility and Account Creation
All users must create an account in order to list a property for sale on the Site. By creating an account, you certify that you are the owner of the property you wish to list.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on the Site.
No properties listed with agents are allowed on the Site. If a property is found to be listed with an agent, the listing will be removed.
2. Listings and Fees
All listings on the Site are paid, unless otherwise provided through a special offer.
Fees for listing your property will be disclosed at the time of listing. Payment must be made in accordance with the pricing structure outlined on the Site.
Listings will remain active until the property is sold, or for a specified duration as stated on the Site.
Users are responsible for editing their listings if information changes, and deleting listings once they have sold.
Once a listing has been submitted and paid for, no refunds will be issued.
3. Responsibilities
The Site serves as a platform to connect private sellers with private purchasers. We do not take responsibility for the sales process, negotiations, or the creation and execution of contracts.
Users must seek independent legal advice for their transactions. We highly recommend that both sellers and purchasers engage a settlement agent.
Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information in their listings and communications on the Site.
4. Content and Conduct
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Site.
Users must not post any content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove any content or listing that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
5. Liability and Indemnification
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Site.
Users agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the Site.
